Refund Policy

FreeZone WiFi operates on a prepaid basis.

General Policy

All purchases are final once a data package has been allocated to a user account.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases where:

  • A payment was processed but no data was allocated
  • A technical fault prevented service activation

Non-Refundable

  • Partially used data packages
  • Expired allocations
  • User error during purchase

Requests

Refund requests must be submitted via support with relevant transaction details.
